Summary: The neighborhood, and area is beautiful and safe. The street is almost similar like the Brunngasse, Brienz, street that was voted most beautiful street in Switzerland, but with extras as the spectacular mountain is on the opposite side of the neighborhood that will have clouds that seem like I can almost touch it. I can view part of the Swiss alps peaks there too! As for convience, the bus stop is right in the front of the house, which can take me to all the train stations to go anywhere, ie Interlaken, Grindewald, Lauterbrunnen, etc. There is no AC due to the cool weather but some afternoons do get slightly warm during mid July when we were there but was nice and cool in the evening, nights, and mornings. There are two fans to keep the interior cooler. There is the kitchen with adequate cookware, and a very good coffee selection and maker. I did not see a microwave, and I did not see one at my other Switzerland stay either. I am not sure if microwaves are not the norm in Switzerland or not, or regulated? So we used the oven. The place was extremely clean, and even has a washer and dryer to wash clothes for the multi dirty clothes after multiday activities in Switzerland. The owner communicated alot and seems to really want us to be as happy as possible. I would definitely stay here again when i visite Switzerland again!
